Now Ahmadinejad has a new enemy and it’s not Israel but Paul the octopus!
The octopus, which lives at an aquarium in Oberhausen, Germany, was mentioned by Ahmadinejad several times during a speech in Tehran at the weekend.
He said Paul spread ‘Western propaganda and superstition’.
‘Those who believe in this type of thing cannot be the leaders of the global nations that aspire, like Iran, to human perfection, basing themselves in the love of all sacred values,’ he added.
Paul represents decadence and decay among Iran’s enemies, the president said.
Mubasher Lucman: “So, we can take [slaves] from Israel, if we achieve victory over Israel and get manpower?”
Mohammed Siddiqui: “Imagine! I am surprised how far-fetched you think…”
[Interruptions and laughter...]
Maulana Naeemi: “Islamic laws are very old and true. The law from the times of the caliphs is that you have to keep your promises. If you have an accord of prisoner exchange with a country, you have to give the war captives back to them.”
Allama Zaheer [interrupts]: “You gave the example of Israel very positively. They are Jews. We could have married with their women in case of a victory, but we don’t need that as we don’t have diplomatic relations; so if we win and get slave women, and if the emir of the army distributes concubines, we can keep them as concubines if we get some of our share of war booty. And we should be thankful to Allah for that. But we cannot steal a woman from war booty…”

Mubasher Lucman: “I have an important question that demands a detailed answer… any of you can answer it… It appears that there is a grey area where we are no defining zina [rape/adultery] as zina, as it is.”
Maulana Naeemi: “No, it’s not so…”
Mubasher Lucman: “You said, it can be without nikah”
[Interruptions...]
Maulana Naeemi: “We have to follow Koran. We cannot question the Koran. If the Koran says it is black, we have to say it is black; we cannot think if it is black or not. If the Koran says it is white it is white. The Koran says when you have women in war booty, you are allowed to have sexual relations with them. This is what the Koran says, not you and I.”
Republicans in the US House of Representatives have introduced a measure that would green-light a possible Israeli bombing campaign against Iran.
Resolution 1553 provides explicit support for military strikes against Iran, stating that Congress backs Israel’s use of ‘all means necessary’ against Iran, “including the use of military force,” BBC Persian reported.
The introduction of the measure coincides with a pattern of renewed calls for military strikes that have escalated since President Obama signed Congressional Iran sanctions into law.
That’s a good idea to help desperate suicide bombers:
On Monday, the German government debuted a suicide bomber hotline called HATIF, meaning “telephone” in Arabic. The goal of the hotline is to provide help to Muslims who want to abandon extremism. “The primary goal of HATIF is to prevent violence in the name of Islam,” stated the German Federal Constitution Protection Office (Shalom Life).
So if you are a Muslim extremist call + 49 (0) 221 – 792 – 6999 or email them at HATIF@bfv.bund.de
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu met with Hamas political bureau chief Khaled Meshal in Damascus on Monday, signaling a tightening of relations between Israel’s once-close ally and its arch enemy (Haaretz).
Russia’s Interfax news agency cites a top military official as saying the UN’s latest Iran sanctions, which Moscow has backed, rule out the delivery of missile systems.
A Lebanese and Shi’ite website have quoted an unconfirmed report that Hizbullah has deployed 5,000 terrorist fighters near Israel’s northern border. Although the original report in the American-based World Tribune was based on anonymous sources, its publication in the Arab world may further escalate the tension that has resulted in Israel, Syria and Hizbullah exchanging charges of saber rattling.
Below are videos of the Gaza flotilla incident as presented by the Eiland team of experts with English subtitles. The videos are proving that the protesters on board of the Marmaris opened fire towards the Israeli soldiers first. Watch the videos and judge yourself!
The Palestinian Authority has added new “conditions” for resuming direct talks with Israel, presenting new demands that in effect rule out negotiations.
The stipulations stated to the BBC by PA chief negotiator Saeb Erekat reflect a previously stated strategy of waiting “a year or two” for the United Nations to recognize it as a new Arab country instead of trying to reach a compromise agreement with Israel (Arutz Sheva).
It looks like the Palestians are neither interested or willing to start direct peace negotiations. It seems they prefer the war option. Don’t they ever get enough of this?
