The Pal press is reporting it like that:
Israeli forces killed a Palestinian man formerly affiliated to the armed wing of Fatah, the Al-Aqsa Brigades, in Balata Refugee camp in the West Bank city of Nablus at Midnight on Monday.
After receiving a formal pardon, he would spend his days in his house. (Maan)
The Israeli Press is reporting this:
The man was identified as Mohammed Abu Daragh, 27, and was a member of the Al Aksa Martyrs’ Brigades. Most Al Aksa members have received amnesty from Israel.
IDF officials said Abu Daragh had been involved in violent activity in recent months. (JP)
This are two very different version of the same man. One is a peaceful person and the other is a wanted Terrorist. It’s up to you to decide who is right.

An Arab man has been sentenced to death by a Palestinian Authority court for aiding Israeli security forces in their battle against terrorists who have for decades scuttled all prospects of peace.
The 24-year-old condemned man was originally recruited by Israeli security when he was a teenager working at a gas station. He was tasked with helping identify Arab assailants who were frequently stoning Jewish motorists in the Hebron area.
A few years later the young man joined the Palestinian Authority security forces, and from there helped the Israelis identify and find two wanted terrorists, who were subsequently eliminated.
Like dozens of others over the past decade, the man was sentenced under a 1979 law that makes cooperation with Israeli security forces a crime punishable by death. The Palestinian Authority continues to enforce that law despite having signed a peace agreement with Israel that obligates it to cooperate with the Israelis in combatting Palestinian terrorism.
The death sentence will not be carried out before receiving the approval of Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas.
And these are our Peace partners! Wake up!

I already reported of the use of toilet water against rioters then I said it’s probably just an other libel, but now Israel has unveiled its latest device to control protests on the West Bank and it is causing quite a stink, literally.
“You can drink it if you want to. It’s a very good protein drink.” (Yumy, Yumy)
Of course the PalArab media is complaining about the new Skunk Spray:
Israel has always used disproportionate force in the occupied Palestinian territories
But isn’t it typical that when the Israelis come upon a non lethal way to control riots this place complains about it? Perhaps the Israelis should go back to REAL bullets.

A new military group calling themselves the Hizbullah Brigades will begin operating in the Palestinian areas as a force against occupation, according to a Saturday statement.
The group will be made up of fighters from several other resistance factions that the statement accuses of “abandoning resistance.” Their stated aims are to “fight the enemies of Islam,” in the interests of the Palestinian national project.
“We are a new Islamic Sunni group which has nothing to do with the political process,” said the statement, “but we will not contradict with public Palestinian interests.”
With regards to the group’s ties with Hizbullah in Lebanon, the statement asserted that the group follows Hizbullah’s steps in resistance, but has no ties with the Lebanese Hizbullah. “All we have in common is Islam and our admiration of their resistance methods,” the statement explained.
The group stressed in their statement that they would not be involved in the ongoing inter-Palestinian rivalry. They also pledged to adopt the case of political prisoners, detained by factions in the West Bank and Gaza as one of their top priorities.
The statement concluded with a slogan used by Lebanese Hizbullah; “death to Israel, and death to the United States.” (Maan News)
Incredible that such a Terrorist group just starts operating without any oposition from the Palestinian Authority.

With scores of terror warnings current for the Jewish New Year starting sundown Monday, Sept. 9, a beefed up Jerusalem Border Police squad detained a Palestinian from the West Bank of Jenin early Monday, on his way to a knifing attack on the route leading to the Western Wall in the Old City. In his pockets were a large knife and letters stating his intention to be a “martyr”. (DEBKAfile)

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas ordered Thursday night the immediate release of all those arrested in response to the Gaza bombing on 25 July. (Maan News)
Meanwhile:
Fatah officials say their Hamas rivals have arrested senior Fatah leaders in the Gaza Strip, continuing a weeklong crackdown. (JPost)
Sounds to me that Abbas is under big pressure by Hamas. Is he going to be able to stay in power or will Hamas finally take over the West Bank?
