Gilad’s release must be part of Gaza cease-fire

The family of abducted Israel Defense Forces soldier Gilad Shalit on Saturday published a letter saying that any cease-fire agreement signed by Israel to end the offensive in Gaza must include a provision to secure the release of Shalit.

“The Shalit family has followed the war in Gaza and is grateful for it’s impending close. The family is expressing hope that the end of hostilities will also bring an end to Gilad’s captivity. (Haaretz)”

I agree: Gilad Shalit must be part of any agreement!
