From Maan News:
The Hamas movement staged a rally in Gaza on Tuesday in solidarity with Palestinian Christians and residents of Jerusalem.
Hamas said rally, which took place in front of the Al-Awda Mosque in Jabaliya, reaffirmed the holiness of Jesus Christ and the Virgin Mary, and in protest of repressive Israeli policies in Jerusalem. The demonstration was attended by Hamas officials from the northern Gaza branch of the movement.
Hamas is now reaffirming the holiness of Jesus Christ and the Virgin Mary? In 2007 the Hamas sounded different:
Christians can continue living safely in the Gaza Strip only if they accept Islamic law, including a ban on alcohol and on women roaming publicly without proper head coverings, an Islamist militant leader in Gaza told WND in an exclusive interview.
The leader said Christians in Gaza who engage in “missionary activity” will be “dealt with harshly.” The threats come two days after a church and Christian school in Gaza was attacked following the seizure of power in the territory by the Hamas terror group. … (newser)
This does not sound like coexistence to me. Also the Hamas Charter reflects the position of Hamas towards Christianity:
“And the Jews will not be pleased with thee, nor will the Christians, till thou follow their creed. Say: Lo! the guidance of Allah [himself] is the Guidance. And if you should follow their desires after the knowledge which has come unto thee, then you would have from Allah no protecting friend nor helper. (Article 13)”
My dear Christian friend, it looks to me that the Islamic criminals are not showing their real face. Watch out!
