In a statement, Richard Falk, the UN Special Rapporteur for human rights in the Palestinian territories, said the civilian population in Gaza was “being collectively punished by policies that amount to a Crime Against Humanity.”
The international court should “determine whether the Israeli civilian leaders and military commanders responsible for the Gaza siege should be indicted and prosecuted for violations of international criminal law.”
Falk said Israel was only allowing into Gaza small amounts of food and fuel in quantities enough to “stave off mass famine and disease.” (Trend News)
It is not the first time that the American Jew Richard A. Falk lashes out against Israel. In a June 2007 article called “Slouching toward a Palestinian Holocaust,” Falk compared Israeli actions in the Palestinian territories with those of the Nazis during World War II and accused Israel of having “genocidal tendencies,”, infuriating the Jewish State. The Israeli government then announced that it will deny Falk a visa to Israel, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
The question here is who is genocidal in Palestine ? The Palestinians (or whoever they are) had many opportunities to form their own state. They rejected them. The Hamas and the Hezbollah want the extermination of the Jews. Is it not genocide ?

Oh I agree to this day I still not understand the fuel between Palestinian and Israel. The fight between is never ending there must be a way for them to coexisit without all the blood shed. Someone told me the US pulled from Israel is that true?

I think we should just look at the numbers of people being killed. Yes the Jewish people occupied Israel neary 2000 years ago but the Palistinians have been the inhabitants until the end of the 2nd World War. I ask all American and Australians and habitants of any country that have been "colonised", would you agree that for eg: the Amercan Indains should reclaim their land and Government and start killing women and children because it says so in Indian Law. I am an Australian of English, Irish desent and I oppose to what is happening to the Palastinian people. I have lost complete faith in the American Government and do believe they are on a path of complete destruction.My "HOPE" for "CHAGE" is that the good people of America and the World stand up and take notice that we are being duped. We are giving away our liberties. We are being lied to and with all the intelligence of the so called American government WHY are innocent people still dying? This is ethnic cleansing at it's worst because WE KNOW BETTER. Never Again… Obviously that saying doesn't count when you have a race of people that are no more than pests that are in your way.
I agree this is really hard , For one thing the Israeli army is reacting this way because I think they are protecting their territories from the bomb and missile attacks being launched by Hamas towards civilian areas.
At the same time I worry for the lives of innocent Palestinian civilians who get caught in the crossfire between the fighting factions. Everyday I see people being hurt even killed because of the conflict and I keep hoping that it will end soon.
I'm kinda confused with the Israel / Palestinian conflict that has been flaring up lately , both sides are saying that the other started the fight and that they are merely defending themselves. And when I look at the news in an attempt to see the whole story , commentators , experts and politicians from both sides still say the same thing further muddling me up.
But all in all I really hope they resolve this conflict for the sake of the civilians because it's them that's suffering the most and they are the ones these people in office should be protecting and serving.
Natan – I don't know where you got it from that Israel has been exterminating Palestinians – If we would have done so for the last several decades something went really wrong since so may Palestinians are left… And by the way we are home here in Israel we weren't in all those countries lots of us came from.
Your zionist entitiy so far has been exterminating Palestinians for the last several decades. It's not them (''whoever they are'') but it's rather whoever you are (Americans, Russians, Germans…etc.). Maybe it's time for your ilk to re-evaluate long term strategies otherwise you are destined to start packing and move back home sooner or later.
