Israeli Arab suspected of spying for Hezbollah
Wednesday, August 6th, 2008Khaled Kashkush, a 29-year-old Israeli Arab resident of the town of Kalansua, is suspected of spying for Hezbollah, it was revealed Wednesday after the Shin Bet security service lifted a media gag order.
Kashkush, who was arrested last month, was served with an indictment Wednesday morning at a court in Petah Tikva. He is suspected of receiving a payment of 13,000 euros from a Lebanese handler whom he met while completing his studies in Germany. (Haaretz)
